Account debited tiwce with no explanation as 2 why

I joined the gym compnay on November as per contract I should pay R200 a month, this month a R400 was debited from my account without warning or explanation as to why, I called the accounts department spoke to Colleen who advised its a annual leevy that the Gym charges, I asked collen to have a manager call me back she hasn't and its the following day already . I am upset cause upon signing the contract with Calvin from Maponya Mall this was not mentioned nor was there a reminder sent to me to even just inform of this. My problem comes in where people put their hands into my account without my permission or consent and without consideration for my monthly expenditure. The ladies at the Newtown Branch was not helpful at all and refer me back to the branch where I app**** with no apology or even time to assist me. I am very appaulled at their service and lack of concern for their clients.
