A manager Disregarding a member complain

Every time I have to be forced to listen to music which is disturbing and with vulgar at the gym , so I asked the receptionist lady to address the issue and she did not, and then I had to complain to the gym manager and he did not take me seriously and disregarded my plea and today I went to the gym and they still played disturbing music
