6 years after cancellation

I have never belonged to 'The Gym Company', but they have decided they will debit my account on behalf of SPORTS AND FITNESS ALBERTON. It seems the owenr of these gyms is the same guy- CLIVE. <br> I cancelled with sports and fitness 6 YEARS ago and the gym company started taking money from me Sep 2014. They claim to have no record of cancellation so I owe them money. I dont care if they dont have record of my cancellation. any alleged debt they claim I owe, has prescribed. This is *******. I have seen other complaints just like mine on here and want everyone to be made aware of their rights. I have had to go to an attorney to sort my issue out, as Clive refuses to admit what he is doing is against the law. Please share your stories to newspapers and all over. people must be warned about THE GYM COMPANY, SPORTS AND FITNESS AND GLENVISTA FITNESS.
