5 Months Waiting for Refund – No Feedback & No Resolution

I have been waiting over five months for my gym membership refund from Gym Company Jacaranda, despite submitting all required documents in June 2025.

I have emailed the admin team more than ten times, and every time I am told they are “waiting for the Director” or that they will “follow up.” I was informed of a meeting on 28 November 2025, yet I still received no feedback.

This situation is completely unacceptable. I have provided: ✔ Refund form ✔ Bank statement ✔ ID copy

Still no refund. Still no date. Still no resolution.

I am requesting immediate action, a confirmed payment date, and communication from someone in senior management. I have been more than patient, and this level of service is highly unprofessional.

Gym Company, please resolve this matter urgently.
