4 months after joining...still waiting for an access tag (Alberton gym)

<p>I registered to join the Gym Company 4 months ago, since joining - I am still waiting to get an access tag in order to access the services I pay for everymonth.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thus far, I have been asked to carry my cellphone (showing picture of my application form) - which is both amateurish and risky. For a company with a network of gyms one would expect that there is a quick turnaround for the access cards for them to use your facilities (that you work so hard to promote/advertise).</p> <p> </p> <p>Risky in that, in your own changing rooms, there is a notice to patrons not to ***** other peoples items and for people to be careful about their personal belongings - yet I am expected to bring my cell phone into the very same change rooms, instead of locking it safely in my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no excuse for taking 4 months to get me an access tag - which enables me to use the facilities I pay for everymonth (this smacks of a bridge of contract).</p>
