I was employed by gym company Oakfields in 2020 February, however I only worked for about 2 weeks and resigned, I had to fight with the manager to get my part payment, and I was paid from petty cash, a weeks ago I was doing my efiling, and to my surprise gym company loaded an IRP5 stating that I recived a salary amounting to R5399.16 for 3 consecutive months. I tried addressing this matter with the HR manager, and he is no longer taking my calks nor replying to my messages.

Anyone who knows which legal I should follow to address this matter please do kindly assist.
