2 weeks contract , still has not been cancelled .

I joined this gym on the 11 Nov 2015 .<br> My first day was horrific , not to mention the least disgusting , lack of customer service , broken machines , staff that don't care .The 16th was my first and last day there , Get there no instructor to take me through , i waited more than 10min . until a young personal trainer offered to help and she mentioned she is renting the place not an employee of this gym . little did i know she was avoiding for her name to be dragged into this senseless of a gym . She put me on a treadmill only to find that the emergency stop don't work . she left . i took myself around . visited the cycling studio only to find that the bicycles are in a damaged state. Now Keith does not want to cancel my contract and dragging the process . AS per CPA , i have a month to cancel . Its now two weeks since i cancelled only Puleng has tried to speak to me and hear my story . Leona didn't even try . I will fight and exposed your facility and make sure no one ever gyms there . If you think am one to fall for money making ****s think again . your facility is not worth it ....
