Extremely Disappointed with Gym Company Bromhof

Terrible Service and Unresolved Issues

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Bromhof Gym and feel compelled to warn others. Back in September, after being burned by their cellulite heat pads and receiving poor service, I decided to cancel my contract. However, I was still charged for both October and November, so I called to ask why.

They told me I was liable for a yearly fee, despite having already paid my first one in November, which should’ve covered me for the year. It felt like a ****, but they insisted I had to pay again for the yearly fee to cancel my contract. Reluctantly, I agreed, filled out the cancellation form once more, and expected things to be resolved.

But shockingly, I’m STILL being charged monthly. I contacted the number provided for cancellations, and all I got was silence. I called again, hoping to get some answers, and the response was just “Oh, I remember this contract.” When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told everyone was on lunch. I asked for a callback once they returned and... nothing. Radio silence.

The lack of professionalism, the runaround, and the way they’ve handled this situation is appalling. **STAY AWAY FROM THESE *********. There are plenty of gyms with better service and transparency, so don’t waste your time or money here.
