Debited twice after cancelation

Canceled my contract with them October 2024. Now it February 2025 they still debiting after an agreement of 3 months . Now it's the 5th month they still taking my manager. Went to the branch receptionist told me point blank that sisi we won't give you your money. The system ddnt cancel. Now it's my fault after signing papers for cancelation that their employee ddnt cancel on the system. Gym company offers *** service. The worst gym l have ever used in my whole entire life. Worse part l called randburg branch asked for the accounts department l was forwarded to an agent who then mentioned he's just an agent doesn't handle such queries.
