GWM Witbank

Beginning December 2019 Ive ordered a side mirror for my GWM Hover.I was told I must make an upfront payment-R2969.36- and it will take 21 working days for delivery.Being December I accept it will take longer.Middle January I enquire about the mirror and then all the stories start,Ive contact GWM Head Office with the same excuses.Thursday 7 February GWM Witbank saud they will refund me and my moneywill be available on Monday 10 February needles to say it wasn't.They said they wil send me proof the refund was done.This morning I send a couple of mails and still no reply neither refund
