Poor Interaction with Principal Dealer from GWM West Rand
This is a mixed emotion post. I want to give a higher rating but the Principal Dealer at GWM has left a very sour taste in my mouth. The sales person I dealt with was brilliant, but when it came it certain aspects I was not happy with and the Principal Dealer had to get involved I was shocked how he firstly spoke to his staff and also tried to explain things to his customers. First thing is I am buying a demo, so I understand that there may be minor issues with respect to wear and tear. I picked up two issues that I questioned and would have thought that this would be handled differently. The Principal basically told the sales guy that the client knew that he is buying a demo and that this is what should be expected. Secondly when I started going though the contact additional extras had been included, so I questioned it and made to feel like was my fault and I instructed to face these extras added. There was no apology from the Principal at all. I am still happy to have such a nice car and the service I got from the sales agent, but the Principal Dealer needs to think about how he engages with his customers. Sorry but a bit of a mixed bag here.
