Poor Service honouring the warranty.

We send our send our vehicle for a major service to GWM Bloemfontein. Date was 4th February 2026. Still under warranty. A week after the service ****h February 2026) there was a problem with the vehicle and couldn't start. It was towed in by AA.Since then they are still working on the vehicle. We struggle to get any updates from them. If we don't phone them nothing happens. Since them we struggle to get a vehicle from them that we can use while they take time to fixed the vehilce.We can get a vehicle but it cant get out of Bloemfontein.We are staying 300 km from Bloemfontein where our children is in school and it is a struggle to get them home every weekend. They dont listen to any reason. The problem is even if our vehicle is still under warranty they dont honour the warranty.
