Disgusting Service & Breach of Contract

1. Arranged time for the party setup at 10h00 they only pitched at 14h30.<br> 2. Staff **** to us about the banquet organisers.<br> 3. No enough plates were provided all be it paid for.<br> 4. Not enough table cloths that were paid for - We had to use 2 of a different colour.<br> 5. Not enough chairs put on the tables that were paid for.<br> 6. We paid for waiters that we were not given instead they called the banquet organiser to wait tables. We were told we don t need them.<br> 7. We were told the parking was included in the price of the venue and we were strong armed to pay for parking on the night.<br> 8. Lights on the balcony was off even though we were promised it would be on. <br> 9. LED furniture was only provided after we complained and it was not the full LED furniture that was provided and it was not adequately charged.<br> 10. Staff smirked when we told them we needed to be provided what was contracted, agreed and paid for.<br> 11. Management did not care about our issues and brushed us off.
