My late mother passed in Jan 2021 and I went to these attorneys in Feb 2021. I had closed all accounts belonging to my late mother including notifying the bank and other service providers of her death. All the attorneys had to do was to assist with the remainder of the estate late activities. After back and forth, with interns working on my file changing consistently, eventually we got to a point where they could distribute funds this was April 2023. That's when another set of issues came Mahlatse Gwebu the managing director, is the only person who has access to accounts and to payout these funds. They asked for bank account details countless times as though a payment will be done but no payment is ever done.As we speak I had to take the matter to the Law Society, his law firm never bothered responding to the Law Society, we are now awaiting a ruling from the Law Society Investigating Committee. Oh he will answer you calls and make promises he never keeps. If you are thinking of using their service, rethink. Save yourself the headache.
