Poor service

My friends and I booked and paid for a holiday 5 months in advance to our surprise when we arrived the lodge we had booked was given to other guest who booked two weeks before , we sat for about two waiting for the issue to be resolved they offered a ****y accommodation instead with no remorse no explanation no apology what so ever. We ended up living demanded our money back and left, our holiday ruined and we had came as far as Cape town, Pretoria and Jhb
