I wont recommend Garth Dennis for any building

Garth Dennis is a very good sales man and can sell you anything but has no clue or idea regarding building or alterations .I definitely wont recommend him to anyone for any building projects. He comes across as someone who knows what he is doing but has no clue at all. He requests 50% deposit to start and doesn't even complete half the project and requests the balance so that he can complete. So if you are looking for a good builder to mess up everything and have money to waste he is the right guy.
