REFUND OF R46 900

I have been reporting this company here and other advertising sites. I deposited R46 900 for 2 conveyors on the 1st of April 2022. After they failed to deliver I asked for a refund in June 2022. They are full of stories and have not given me my money back. Schalk and Ame are ignoring me now. Please help. I have proof of payment, Whatsapp messages and emails.
