Best service and hearts of gold

My husband and I decided to go into buying and selling cars as a part time gig to make a little extra cash on the side, we had never been to an auction and attended our first one about 2 weeks back. I bought 2 lovely cars but they were not practical buys and I may have got caught up in the excitement of the auction. The people that work there are lovely and really have hearts of gold and are not shroud business people. After having buyers remorse and thinking I made the wrong buys ****r and Farouk told me if I have any trouble in reselling them i could gladly bring the cars back and they would assist me in the reselling of my cars. I decided to take them up on there offer as they were lovely cars but just not hot sellers. After reading reviews on them I became extremely worried that things may not go as smooth as I thought, there have been some harsh criticism about them as underhanded business people. My husband told me that those were just a handful of reviews appeared to the thousands of cars that they have sold and you cannot please everyone. Well let me tell you, I have never dealt with more honest decent people and I am so impressed with there service and willingness to help me. I have experienced zero problems with ****r and Farouk from the purchase of the vehicle to receiving papers, both cars were above board and I had money back in my bank a day after my vehicle was auctioned.... I didn’t loose a dime. Thank you to the both of you and your team for the amazing service and just caring. I will definitely be back to use my refund on a better buy. I will never use another auctioneer in my life.
