BE CAREFUL TO BUY AT GAUTENG AUCTIONEERS / GV AUCTIONS!

We have a complaint against Gauteng Auctions or GV Auctions regarding a Ford Ranger bakkie that we bought from them. They sold the vehicle to us as a 2017 model, we waited 30 day to receive the car papers from them and when we received the papers it was actually a 2016 model. Initially they said that they would give us back the difference as per Trans Union in the shortfall/difference in year models. We have proof that they conceded to this. However, afterwards they said that they would not seek to rectify the situation. We believe that they acted **********ly and made us wait and frustrated us in order to get away from their responsibilities. We later also found reason to believe that this is an accident damaged vehicle and should be a code 3 but they told us it was a bank repo. If anyone out there can assist us to find out the truth please. We want our money back and we will give them back their vehicle.
