What?? Roots, trim and simple blow-dry over R1600?????

This salon Completely overcharged me. Where, for the love of hair salons, does one pay over R1400 for a root-touch-up, a trim of long, straight hair and a blow wave?? I should have known better, when I called for an appointment on a Friday, for a Saturday morning (month end, no less) that there was one available. And that, when I walked in, I was the only client. It was when the hair dye had been on my roots for over 30 minutes, and I queried the time, and was told "another 20 minutes" that I started wondering what I had gotten myself into. Well... the worst was waiting for me. At the till, I nearly swallowed my tongue in shock when I was billed over R1600 for a simple root touch-up. A trim and a simple blow-dry. At my horror, I was given a 'gracious' R200 discount. I wouldn't even give this place this measly one star, if I was given the opportunity to give zero.

Avoid at all costs!!!!
