I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your restaurant and the way we were treated. Upon arrival on Friday (30 Nov) the music was so loud that the lady at the reception could not hear who we were … we had to move outside so that she could hear our name. One goes to a restaurant to converse with fellow diners, yet we could not do this. Upon enquiring if the music can be turned down, we were informed that the group booked the restaurant and had their own DJ. If this was the case, why did you accept more bookings? When speaking to the manager he just shrugged … if this is the way patrons are treated, then I do not see anyone returning. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was unpleasant and we did not want to shout at each other and we left … our dining experience with your restaurant was ruined. We found an alternative restaurant. A few other people followed. Is this the way you treat diners?
