Gutterzone, disappointing after sales service.

Gutterzone , Ruimsig based company fitted gutters to my home at an industry fair price but still at a substantial cost. The fitting was ok , they came back once for additional work and installation and once to do remedial work. The 90 degree joins are sealed with silicon which are all sealed perfectly except one join right over my patio. I asked them numerous times to please pop by at my home to quickly reseal, as it’s in a sensitive living area.. They just wouldn’t do this , not even offer advice. They wanted R900 to assist with a call out where I had paid 10’s of thousands already. I resealed the join myself and now perfect. Just a pitty they don’t care about a simple after sales customer service. Disappointing
