Leaving with balance of deposit and not completing the job

I had a terrible experience when using Johan at Gutter Warehouse PTY in Johannesburg. I paid R 80 000.00 deposit to him upfront for a parking project and he only completed half of the project and then disappeared with the balance of my R 40 000.00 and has ignored all my calls and emails. That is THEFT!!!
