Gutter people think they are professionals in their industry

I choose Gutter People to install gutters on our new house. A month later one of our corners started leaking. It took me 3 months to get a response from them. Then after calling Hennie "the big boss" more like an arrogant ***, we were then advised to install an extra down pipe but that didn't solve anything. And now the big excuse is that our slanted roof is the problem. Bottom line, after service is shockingly bad and the attitude is even worse. No professionalism in the way our situation has been handled.
