Poor Installation and Bad Attitude and Rudeness

Gutter People came to install gutters at my home on Thursday 29 October 2015. I was at home to observe the installation. When I saw things going horribly wrong along with poor workmanship I contacted the rep who had originally given me the quote. He sent the manager to the site who assisted and managed to salvage what had become a very bad installation. However I had already pointed out many problem areas to the site supervisor who duly rectified them as I brought them to his attention. At one point I was even up the ladder trying to see if things were OK as so much was going wrong (skew gutters and down pipes that were not draining). I told the Manager I felt his staff were not properly skilled. Workmanship had been extremely poor with little interest in the job. 2 days later I had the one section of gutter already collapsing from the roof. When I spoke to the Manager he was extremely rude and even accused me of deliberately interfering with the job and removing actual gutters (which I never did). I just wanted functioning gutters installed. I even paid in good faith. I do not need to be insulted with outright rudeness. I CANNOT recommend this company and regret using them!
