Great job

My old gutters were badly rusted and worn all around the house. It was an obvious eyesore, besides the fact that it was leaking everywhere. As a result I needed to have all the gutters replaced. I contacted Julius Ball from Gutter People West Rand to discuss what I wanted done and after meeting for a site revision, they were able to start with the installation. The guys were punctual, quick, efficient and very professional. Amongst others, Bheki (the man with the plan) assisted me in making the best decisions on where and how to reroute the downpipes for maximum waterflow to my rain harvesting tanks. I changed a lot of my initial ideas and planning while the guys were on site, but Bheki patiently accommodated me until I was satisfied. Due to bad planning from MY side (I told the team where I wanted my downpipe at the lapa) my lapa floor got a lot of water due to the downpipe being to close to the entrance (again, MY bad planning). After that was noticed with the first rain, Bheki happily fixed the issue by extending the downpipe further away from the lapa entrance, at no extra cost to me. Nowadays, a lot of contactors do a quick job, collect their payment and wouldn't bother to return if there are any issues. However, with Gutter People, I saw that these are guys that are proud of their work and are eager to guarantee client satisfaction. Coming from someone who doesn't think twice about complaining if I'm not happy with a service, I must say job very very well done guys. Thank you again.
