Dont be fooled, no 20 year gaurentee

<p>I gave them more 20 000 worth of business, they claim to give you a 20 year gaurentee but when when things break or go wrong they tell you claim from your insurance and you must pay the excess. I fitted Facia boards with them. The instalation was done soooooo poorly it ********** twice damaging my roof. When i called Julius to report it he was first rude to me then my wife. So now i must fork out money from my pocket for the poor quality of the product and the pathetic workmanship. Watch out people. The 20 year gaurentee is a joke</p>
