No after sales service

There is no after sales service from this company. Despite having contacted Derek several times to attend to leaking joints, shoddy workmanship, gutters not level, water flows to the side where there is no down pipe, not enough down pipes resulting in gutters flooding and the water back flowing under slate roof. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY ARE SHARKS
