Loose gutters

I have previously voiced my frustration on the poor customer feedback and follow up from Gutter Friends due to a misunderstanding that Mr Derrick and I had and have since changed my view on their business. I do understand that the November/December period is the rainy season ad they were swamped with work and hence could not attend to follow ups or complaints. Mr. Derrick had assured me that he will fix my loose gutters on 14 January 2021. With that being said I want to remove the negative message that I have posted previously and will definitively recommend his company to friends and neighbours for the excellent work that they are doing. Once again I sincerely apologize for the potential harm that I could have done to his business. Kind regards Sean
