Dishonest and Poor Delivery!!

<p>I used Gutter Friends to paint my roof and install gutters. They promised a 20 Year Guarantee on the Roof Paint and Gutters! But now just over 1 year, the roof paint is thinning and peeling off ALL over! I called Derrick, the owner, and he promised to come out 3 times to inspect my roof but never turned up for ANY appointment! He then made excuses that "someone must have been walking all over my roof!" Seriously?! After great difficulty and persuasion, Derrick sent 2 guys with only 10 Litres of paint to re-paint and roof that needs 60-80 litres!! After his guys reported to him that the roof needs alot more paint, he contacted me to say that I chased his guys aways and therefore he cannot repair my roof anymore!! This was absolute nonsense!! Derrick is dishonest, arrogant and professionally *********!! Please DO NOT USE GUTTER FRIENDS!! They trick you with the 20 year Guarantee!! </p>
