Never again eating at Gust'OH Restaurant

So me, my husband and my child went to Gust'OH restaurant we ordered our food.

And so we gave my daughter some chips to eat and i could see something is wrong and so i take a bite of the chips and it taste like fish and it had a after taste in your mouth it did not even tasted like chips.

The steak and chips i ate tasted the same as the chips, it was horrible so i stopped eating the chips. My husband had a burger and chips and it also tasted the same horrific .

And we payed over R 500 for the food that tasted so bad.

I called the waiter and asked her when did you last replaced the oil she said she will find out and she came back and said it was changed the morning.

Then i said the chips is horrible you can taste for yourself's and she said is fine.

The manager came and said sorry can she offer us a cupachino on the house just that for the amount of money we have spent on food that tasted like ****.

And then i decided i am not going to leave it here i am going to phone the owner and tell him what happened . So he said he is going to do investigating on what happen and he wanted to know what we worn so that he could identify us.

He came back and said nothing was wrong with our food everything was done the same they do every day. The owner said he can offer us 20% discount and the cheapest wine bottle i the revued the offer because that is not worth the money we have ate. I requested my money back. And he said unfortunately he cant do that it was me and my husbands 8 year anniversary. I send him a voice note and letting him know my little one's stomach is running, my husband and mine as well. Now i am waiting for the industrial relations to phone me. But never eating there again !!!!
