*WARNING*

On Saturday(20/06/'15) I made the terrible mistake of taking 15 of dearest friends and family to Gusto Latino for my birthday.<br> I had made the reservation with the owner, Natasha, earlier that week and was looking forward to a fun night. Unfortunately the night turned out to be a disaster as the service was atrocious! What made this so unacceptable was the fact that we were the only people in the restaurant, except for the owner who was sitting with her friends at another table. Despite the fact that we placed our food order at the same time, the meals were brought one plate at a time at 15 minute intervals, resulting in each person consuming his food before the next would receive theirs. After an hour of the first plate arriving and various complaints to the ill trained waiters, the manager, who was dancing whilst this went on, and eventually to the owner, who then tried to explain the delay with ridiculous excuses, I cancelled the remaining orders and we left after paying the account. The experience ruined my birthday and caused me great embarrassment. As unpleasant as it was to write this, I felt it necessary. <br> Justin<br>
