Very sad. Smithfield, Free State accommodation needs no further business

I used to be a fan of Gus Uys, Rusplek in Smithfield. Today this has sadly soured. After making an enquiry for an overnight stay and the cost thereof we were sent a rude and spiteful email which is copied below: fUllPayment had better reflect in my account by Monday or i shall blank ot your namesin smithfield and surrounds..,booking details as per attacment ,,No more time wasters!!!

Clearly sent from a cell phone with predictive text and no checking spelling or nature of the message. If he values his business in this way, I am sorry he will not be seeing us again.

I always thought customers had the right to compare quotes before making a confirmation. Obviously this does not apply in Smithfield. Sadly they need the business...clearly NOT!
