Defective shoe

On 24 December 2017 i bought a pair of Gurmuki vellies. After trying on a size 8 and 9 the Lady, Sonja Nel (CEO) adviced me to take the smaller size as the leather must still stretch. Started wearing them the following day, felt that it is stiff and causing me great discomfort on the right foot. Taking her advice, the more you wear it the beter the shoe forms to your feet. So i wore them every day to see if they get beter, but this was not the case. I also relized that the right shoe forced my heal inwards and this was what caused the discomford. Took them back that next sunday. Before i could finish explaining to Sonja what was happening to the shoe, she sead that see could not take back the shoe as it is now second hand. Disippointed that she as owner didn't even listen to her costumers. I left and emailed and posted on their facebook, explaining what the shoes they sold, were clearly not stiched together properly. After almost 2 weeks i finaly got a responce, that they will phone me. But till this day no futher contact was made.
