Doesn't do the job but took payment, ignores calls

<p>We paid Theunis to fix our noisy garage doors. He did some work, took payment but the noise was worse after he worked on it than before. After several ignored WhatsApps and calls he eventually came to have a look again. He then said he can't fix it. When we asked for our money back he rep**** with a smile that he will just keep it as a Christmas gift. We then said that he needs to calculate the amount for the repair minus the call out but he never got back to us. His office (which seems like his wife) is also not ignoring all our communication. They constantly state (verbally and on their email footers and WhatsApp status) what church people they are. Well in my eyes they make a very good case that church people should not be trusted? This is not the first time we've used them, but their company named has changed from Sphinx projects to Gurion, one can only wonder why....</p> <p> </p>
