Bad service Gunters Guest House(Musina)

In November 2019 I made a booking in Gunters guest house. Gunters guest house is in Musina, when the booking was made I was told that a room is available for me. On my arrival I was taken to another establishment which I did not book in and is very sub-standard. They didn’t apologize for what they did but continued to bill me normally as if I stayed at Gunters guest house. They sent my company an invoice stating that I stayed in their establishment.

The service is very bad and pathetic. One morning I went to have breakfast after 8:00 a.m. I was told the breakfast is closed. They didn’t even opened the gate for me to enter. So on that particular day I had no breakfast and again they didn’t see anything wrong with this. People should at all cost avoid staying in this place. The service is horrible and they are not honest in the manner they deal with guest.
