No Debit orders going off

I Joined gunsure end of June Debit order was supposed to go off 7 July

July came and went August same story no debit order went off.

Had to phone them more than 3 times struggeling to let them fix the problem. The Guy eventually call me back arranging a new debit order date 25 August.

Same thing it is now September after mails of the same problem they do not respond, This is the firts company I know of that you have to beg to take your money
