SNIPER GUNS & TACTICS HORRID TREATMENT!!!

Had the worst experience at SNIPER GUNS & TACTICS!. Been a committed customer for years,referred many people. After today not again!!! Had a holster made for my gun last year, trusting they knew what they were doing as they are the experts..only to realise now that something is off with the holster, it seemed to be breaking holes into 6 pairs of my jeans at a specific point..Went there this morning joking as I entered, about holes in my jeans, I got met with a sad face from a white male at the counter..already I was put off by the way I was treated when I came in, I cant even recall him greeting actually.My wife still came to me & said he doesnt look to friendly or happy & that was before everything...I explained to him about the holster & what its been doing. He said the holster is not made for my type of gun..I said it was made to size by them specifically for my firearm which they must have done incorrect then..he states he cannot say that after I just told him it was made by them. He just says its not right holster for the gun.. thats it nothing further from him..assistant ask me for invoice I provide invoice with detail on,only for them to say its a walk in purchase it doesnt say what gun it was made for and he says therefore they assume that during this time I replaced the gun...which im assuming is another way of saying they assume im trying to lie and get a free holster..I went in there to purchase a new correct holster but also for them to take ownership for their mess up...which i think is only the right thing to do. I show my gun licence dated and when the purchase was made dated in the same month just a few days after i got my firearm. I also advise I have an individual that came with me when it was purchased..but the mans bad manners an utter disrespect for human beings is appalling. He treated me a customer so badly.

There was no customer after service or human etiquette...customer service in this country is going down the drain with people like him. As a person it was heartsore to think people go through life with that filthy attitude. 1.He assumed im lying, a continous return customer even tho I have the proof I purchased from them. 2.Says its the wrong holster made for the gun but cant say its them,even though I purchased it there. 3. He asked y didnt i come after a week an complain..cos I didnt see the impact up till now!. 4. So if walk in customers get an invoice with no description of holster with the firearm detail which they neglect to put on and use as that to get out of taking responsibility.Im assuming they dont help you as they said " I assume that you could have changed the firearm in that time" beware guys as they give warranty for holsters but how would they do that if they told me above due to no description of firearm for holster on invoice.BEWARE!!!

I agree with the other review on here about them..They did not want to give me the GM name...as they said they cant..Im assuming its him who I spoke to thats why they didnt want to give it... disgusting service and customer relations. True as the previous persons review when they cant get it right they blame the customer!.
