Terrible after sales service and clientcare.

It has taken me a while to publish this. I purchased a firearm from the above bussiness. They were initially extremely friendly and helpfull. There were delays with my application and grantingnof my license. The informatikn I was given vs what happened at the end of the day regarding the storage fee was totally different. That said it is not my main issue, yes they did change the storage fee without notification and when I was just sent a whatsapp about arear fees and did not begg to please be assisted, but said give me all in writing, I was called the next day by the director, I assume owner that I have been dealing with he was actually rude and ended the conversation that if I do notnpay immediately threatened to sell the firearm. Initial request was to pay it either over a period or to make me aware. Again left it as I was going to pay it immediately did that. Did really not appreciate the comment good riddance. When I received my license approval and went to collect my rifle the same person gave me the rifle and stock. They gave me a bull barel stock and said it is what plenty people use and can hardly notice it. They did not accemble the parts as I was advised where to go to fet the tread done and they will asssemble. I have ohotos of how it looks. I called them and explained I was not happy. Suddenly they had one that is the correct stock. They are based in Delmas and I live in the East Rand. So I had to drive out again to them for them to correct. I really did not expect this from them after the initial interactions. They were even giggling when correcting it as if to say got you. I really felt almost abused.
