DO NOT BUY FROM GUNMANSA - THEY ARE A ****!!!!

Purchased a pc case from Gunmansa, then later got an email saying there is no stock of the item even though the online website said there was over 50 items in stock. they then asked if i would want to wait or get a refund, i requested a refund and had to to remind them again about the refund, since then no communication of the refund, this is ******* what they are doing as i am the customer and paid upfront for a product which i have not received till this day. this communication started on April 15th 2026, it is now June 11th and no refund no update, i will be taking up legal action against this company.
