Got a call from a consultant and i told her im interested, she took down my details and hasn't sent my policy schedule (October 2023).

I went online to try register the policy myself and filled in the membership form including banking details, no response from firearm guardian until to date.

I called them last week and a lady promised to call me back and hasnt returned my calls until to date. Its either race profiling at play or just plain incompetence.

Do not telemarket products that you know you are unable to deliver. It comes to show how you'd leave clients high and dry should the unfortunate occure and they'd need to claim. Total disappointment!
