Guma lagoon camp Botswana worst service ever!

Guma lagoon was such a disappointment to us. Our boat driver had no clue on how to handle a boat or how to treat clients. He made our fishing trip a total desaster! He made comments to us which was totally unaceptable which was very ****** based. He also drove us into the reeds the whole day that we struggled to cast. Any professional boat driver knows how to handle a boat to make casting easy. We have been on several fishing trips all over africa and never had i experience such unprofessional behaviours. We spoke to the manager about it and he was supposed to discuss it with the owner. Until today she never apologised for his behavior, neither did she try to componsite us in any way. Never heard a word since that day! Because of the comments by the boat driver, we went back to camp at around 10:00 in the morning because our day was spoiled. We were so upset and disappointed and that was after we gave him a fishing rod as a present and we shared our own lunch packs and snacks with him. By the way, we paid for the boat until 18:00 upfront but the owner did not even apologise for loosing money as well as on how we were treated as guests. Never will guma lagoon see us or our friends in future. Bad, bad service ! Totally unacceptable.
