Bad experience

after recieveing stainless steel drains which were delivered late as a result of the manager lying about the delivery time and the waybill. we recieved the drains without covers. when we asked there was a lot of arguing about this and eventaully they conceeded that they did in fact despatch the drains without the covers. now we ahev waited 3 weeks for the delivery and keep getting told they are on thier way... I suppose the refund is also in the mail. So pretty poor all round service. the manager should be fired for being dishonest.
