Service what is that

I am horridly shocked and disappointed on the level of service I received bought Home Bake rolls and the have expired and they were growing friends when I took it back the cashier called the manager or the owner to show him the him the problem he looked irrated as he was busy packing a fridge and he said he can't refund or exchange them as there was not all three rolls in the packet and he never apologized or said nothing except been bluntly rude about it. You know what Karma is and she will come collecting
