The worst visa agent in the world!

I have now been hanging on a line waiting for Mariam to sort my paperwork out for going to Saudi Arabia. She has delayed my visa application process now for over a month. Now she simply refuses to respond to my emails and messages and does not answer telephone calls. She has my international degree, and it was apparently already sent to the Embassy, but she refuses to speak to me. I have never come across such bad service before. If I had known she was this bad, I would never have used her. The stress in dealing with this person is not good at all.
