Disgraceful service

For 3 or 4 days i have been trying to speak to the GM of this company - Dwayne. He continually says i will call you back but never does. He ignores messages and all attempts to reach him. What a disgraceful example of poor service to a client and what a shame that it comes from the person that is supposed to be leading the organisation!
