No service or delivery

I ordered an item from them and did payment. No reply. None of their telephone numbers are working, they don't reply on emails. Eventually got hold of a Shane, he said payment was not processed, he sent me an email that is was processed. Now I am waiting again. No communication whatsoever. I am beginning to suspect it is a **** website. Avoid Guitarshack.co.za at all costs!
