Disgusted

We ordered pizzas of which i was very disgusted to find a hairy object in my pizza. When informing the manager he only said oh that a piece of the mop used to clean the floor of the pizza oven, thats all and then asked what i would like him to do about it, disgusting. Then i had already lost my appetite so took rest home only to find bones in the chicken on the pizza. The baae was doughy and also burned around the edges and also very dry. I am not one to normally complain but due to the manner in which the manager handled my problem i have decided to take it further. Please sort this problem out for me. I feel a refund is necessary.
