What is the point of emergency in Gugulethu day hospital

I'm so disappointed and disgusted by this day hospital I brought my mother in at emergency at around 12 the nurse took her pressure and gave her a yellow sticker my mother suffers from heart problems ,kidney and alster we sat there for hours and there was no communication when i requested to speak with a manager the sister in charge was called she couldn't answer my question she then called a doctor kids we sick in the waiting room my mother was literally on the floor with pain they couldn't care less one of the nurses said we escorts like to complain how can we not complain when we see our people are in pain. A person can die while waiting for help in emergency when I asked what is the reason for emergency if you not going to be attended too.
