Breach of contract

Never consider Gugu the Brand to make your function outfit. Here are the facts of our experience: • Gugu was contracted to make an outfit for a function on 25 September and agreed to make the outfit and send it by courier from Cape Town to Johannesburg in time for our function. • Gugu did not get it to the courier in time to be sent overnight on Wednesday the 22nd September to reach us by the working day prior to our function. We only got the outfit on the 27th September. Gugu tried to blame the courier but she was the one who didn’t get it to them in time. • We have made numerous requests over the last 4 weeks asking Gugu to make a gesture to compensate us for the loss that resulted from her breach of contract but all she has done is brush us off.
